demonstrated by a professional ballerina for students who admire the
grace and calm flowing coordination of a ballerina. Use with
Check-list for Motor Mastery from Head to Toe found on pages

RAP
COMPOSER/PERFORMER ADDS HIS TALENTS TO INFINITY WALKING
Paul Brown demonstrates
how to turn Infinity Walking into a performing arts challenge. He
uses one of his own music compositions, Heart Beat, to show how to
skillfully synchronize rap, music and Infinity Walking. The result
is a great performance. Music, drama, dance and physical health
educators will generate many ideas of their own from watching this
clip.
INFINITY WALK
NEURAL PRIMING OF THE BRAIN HEMISPHERES
This animation helps a
student visualize brain activity across the hemispheres, stimulated
by Infinity Walk training. Use it with the information on Neural
Priming of Brain, found in the USE IN HEALTH CARE section of this
website. The animated light is not an actual representation of what
would be seen on an fMRI. More neural activity in more areas of both
hemispheres would be activated as more and different types of tasks
and challenges are added to Infinity Walking. Use this videoclip to
suggest that a student start with the basic figure-eight pattern of
Infinity Walking (or Infinity Riding for students who are
walking-challenged) and then light up more and more of their brain
by adding other challenges.
